Urgent Opening of MIS Executives for their clients at Bhiwandi (2 Positions at Vadpe and 1 for Kopar Bhiwandi Loctions), These openings are URGENT and will prefer joining within on or before 31st Jan-2025. Candidates should be 12th Std, with an experience in MIS, Billing, Order Processing and some knowledge of WH. Knowledge in SAP/Tally/MS office is MUST at least 2-3 years work experience is MUST. MIS Reporting & Data Management:

Responsible for preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and timely submission.

Tally and SAP & Order Processing:

Must have knowledge of

SAP

for processing orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and monitoring the order flow from booking to dispatch.

Invoicing & Documentation:

Generate invoices, verify billing details, and ensure proper documentation for smooth financial processing.

POD (Proof of Delivery) Collection & Verification:

Ensure timely collection of PODs from logistics partners, cross-check against dispatched orders, and update records accordingly.

Shipment Tracking & Coordination:

Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery status, and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries and issue resolution.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain stock records, perform reconciliation, and generate stock reports for internal review and decision-making.

System & Process Compliance:

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support audits by providing necessary data and reports.

Communication & Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, accounts, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and address queries related to MIS, invoicing, and order status.
