We are seeking a detail-oriented

MIS Executive

to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in database management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources Generate and present accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Knowledge of database tools (SQL, Access) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities
