Maintain and update HR databases (employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, etc.).
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Analyze HR data to identify trends in attrition, attendance, recruitment, training, and other HR functions.
Generate dashboards and HR analytics for management review.
Coordinate with HR team for employee-related data requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling employee information.
Provide support in HR audits, compliance reporting, and statutory requirements.
Automate HR reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and employee lifecycle data management.
