Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Maintenance of existing management information systems.
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
Creating and maintenance of attendance across the project operations and management team.
Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes.
Use of Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint (Able to debug/code difficult functions/macros using VBA).
Ability to programmatically manipulate worksheet and cell properties using VBA.
Extracting the data from designated portal and update it.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support and assistance to management in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
