What You Will Own


We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Salesforce CRM and MS Excel. The role involves data extraction, report automation, dashboard preparation, and providing actionable insights to sales and management teams.


Experience You Should Bring


Proven experience in MIS, reporting, and sales analytics. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM. Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Solid understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and sales funnels. Prior experience in BFSI, Fintech, NBFC, or other sales-driven organizations is an added advantage. Exposure to dashboards and reporting tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL or automation tools would be an added advantage. High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.

What You Will Be Doing


MIS & Reporting




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, conversions, disbursements, and productivity. Extract, compile, and validate data from Salesforce and other internal systems. Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports.

Salesforce (CRM)




Generate standard and custom reports from Salesforce. Maintain data hygiene (lead status, stages, duplicate checks). Support sales teams with pipeline, funnels and activity reports. Assist in dashboard creation and basic Salesforce admin support (reports, filters, fields).

Excel & Data Analysis




Use Excel functions such as: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables & Charts. Automate recurring reports using templates. Perform variance analysis, trend tracking, and productivity analysis.

Stakeholder Coordination




Share MIS with sales heads, operations, and management. Address ad-hoc data requests from leadership. * Support audits and reviews with accurate data reports.
