Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing, and reporting data related to production, inventory, sales, dispatch, and operations. The role supports management by providing accurate and timely reports to aid decision-making and improve operational efficiency in the laminates manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

related to: Production output Raw material consumption Wastage and rejection Inventory and stock movement Dispatch and sales data Collect data from

production, stores, quality, maintenance, and sales departments

. Ensure

data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

. Analyze trends in production efficiency, downtime, and material usage. Coordinate with department heads to resolve data discrepancies. Maintain

Excel-based dashboards, spreadsheets, and databases

. Support management with

custom reports and performance summaries

. Assist in audits, compliance reporting, and internal reviews. Maintain proper documentation and data backup records.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts). Basic understanding of

manufacturing processes

(preferably laminates or panel industry). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reports. Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or related field

. 1-3 years of experience as an

MIS Executive

in a manufacturing or factory environment (preferred). Experience working with

ERP systems

(if applicable) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
