to provide support to our sales team and distributors in the FMCG sector. The role involves order processing, sales data management, customer communication, and coordination between internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
order processing
from distributors, retailers, and sales teams.
Coordinate with the
warehouse, logistics, and accounts team
for dispatches, billing, and payments.
Maintain accurate records of
primary and secondary sales data
.
Track and update distributor claims, schemes, and incentives.
Prepare
sales performance reports
and assist MIS teams in data consolidation.
Act as a point of contact between the sales team and internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure timely communication of product availability, dispatch status, and order confirmations.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets through backend coordination.
Follow up on outstanding payments with distributors/customers in coordination with accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in backend sales coordination, preferably in
FMCG sector
.
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
