Job Opening: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel - Logistics Background)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

for fleet operations Analyze

fuel consumption, mileage, trip performance, and vehicle utilization

Use

Advanced Excel tools

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index/Match, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards) for reporting and analysis Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and compliance Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to ensure timely data collection Assist management in

data-driven decision-making

and operational improvements

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in

MIS/Reporting in the Logistics or Transport domain

Expertise in MS Excel - must be proficient with advanced formulas and dashboard creation

Experience in handling large data sets and converting data into actionable insights Familiarity with fleet operations, compliance, and logistics processes Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
