Job Description

We are looking for an

Advanced Excel Specialist

who can manage large datasets, automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA/macros, and perform payment reconciliation with accuracy and speed. The role requires strong analytical skills, data cleaning ability, and expertise in Excel functions, Power Query, and automation.

Experience Requirement

Minimum

2 years of hands-on professional experience

working with Advanced Excel (formulas, data cleaning, pivot tables, reconciliation, automation, etc.) Experience in

MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Accounts, Finance, Operations, or similar roles

will be preferred. Candidates with

only basic Excel knowledge or less than 2 years of experience will not be considered

.

Responsibilities

Work on large datasets (50,000+ rows) in Excel and clean, transform & format data Create & maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated templates Perform

payment reconciliation, vendor/customer settlement & mismatch reports

Use advanced Excel functions: IF / SUMIF / COUNTIF / VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH / TEXT / DATE / FILTER etc. Build Pivot tables, charts, and dynamic summary reports Automate recurring tasks using

Excel Macros / VBA

Import, merge & consolidate multiple files (CSV, Excel etc.) Work closely with Accounts / Finance / Operations teams to deliver reports within deadlines Ensure

data accuracy, zero-error output and fast turnaround time

Google Sheets + App Script Power BI or Tableau dashboard experience Basic SQL knowledge Excel certification or VBA course completion

Education
