We are looking for a Data Entry, MIS and Quality Specialist with strong Advanced Excel skills and experience in jewellery or diamond data management. The role involves data entry, data cleaning, data validation, SKU updates, MIS reporting and supporting production, QC and operations teams with accurate jewellery master data.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Jewellery Master Data
Handle daily data entry for jewellery SKU master, product attributes, sizes, weights and pricing.
Update and maintain jewellery product data, inventory data and certification details.
Perform data cleaning, data validation and ensure 100% data accuracy.
Data Quality & QC Checks
Conduct data QC checks for jewellery attributes, weights, purity, codes and inventory mismatches.
Identify and correct data errors in Excel, ERP and MIS reports.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across all systems.
MIS Reporting & Excel Management
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for production, QC and inventory.
Work on Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas and conditional formatting.
Create dashboards, trackers and automated MIS formats using Excel.
Operations & Team Support
Coordinate with production, QC, merchandising and sales support teams.
Maintain documentation of jewellery data processes and reporting formats.
Support management with timely data updates and analysis.
Process Improvement
Suggest improvements in data workflows, SKU formats, templates and reporting standards.
Standardize jewellery master data attributes for better accuracy and reporting.
Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills
2-4 years of experience in data entry, MIS, reporting or data quality.
Experience in jewellery, diamond, gold or manufacturing environment.
Strong Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage large datasets independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Jewellery ERP systems (Logic ERP, SAP, Jwelly, JewelSoft or similar).
Exposure to SKU management, inventory MIS or product data QC.
Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration or related fields.
