Roles and Responsibilities Job Title/ Designation: MIS / Data Analyst (IT Division)
Qualification

• BE/B-Tech/MCA/Masters in IT/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science / equivalent
• OR
• MBA/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Public Health/ Public Health/ Health Administration/Health Economics/ Human Resource (HR)/ equivalent
• OR
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Public Health/ Health Administration/Health Economics/ Human Resource (HR)/IT or equivalent

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as MIS/Data Analyst
• At least 1+ years of experience in a government project
• Experience of working in Health sector
• Knowledge of operations in the health care industry and a strong understanding of business processes.
• Well-versed in HMIS Applications, IT Tools and Technologies
• Excellent communications skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data analysis and reporting applications
• Able to work with Stakeholders, requirement collection, data collection and analysis
• Documenting workflow processes and decision trees and creating operational documentation.
• Writing the business requirement documentation including overall solution, data definition, process flows, interfaces, product configurations, support tools and processes, reports and other special considerations.
• Preparation of reports and monitoring of dashboards.
• Knowledge of EHRs and other healthcare information exchange platform
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory mandates and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical nonclinical relational databases and large clinical nonclinical data structures.
