Job Description

This project involves end-to-end, industry-specific Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions tuned precisely to meet the needs of large volume, transaction-drive organizations. The areas include Customer relationship management services, Document processing services, Finance and Administration services, HR and payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical management and analysis of financial and non-financial information to achieve improvements in performance measures such as cost reduction, time reduction or quality improvement which support BPS\' strategic priorities
• Undertake data profiling, data quality and integrity analysis to provide guidance and expert advice on source systems to the BPS SDE, Managers and Team Leaders including identifying risks or barriers to achieving outcomes
• Produce regular reports for service levels, resource units, management and financial management
• Assist with production support of the BPS users including workflow and user administration
• Initiate change to the workflow system following the change management process
• Assist with management of hardware assets
• Monitor business reporting and intelligence programs in relation to planned transformational project / initiative outcomes and key deliverables
• Develop, implement and maintain a knowledge bank of contemporary business reporting and intelligence approaches, tools and processes to boost capability. This includes development of MS Access Databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Influence the continual development, automation and improvement of the data warehouse and business intelligence platform using established standards and processes
• Ensure corporate standards, brand management and values are upheld in all activities
• Develop and sustain a continuous improvement culture through active participation in HP solution and services
• Be willing to work outside of business hours when required

Skills

Must have

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT on Business Reporting Intelligence
• Azure cloud, Azure Data factory experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Management / Information Technology or equivalent relevant industry qualification (mandatory)
• Analysis, design, development and deployment using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services/Data Transformation Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
• Strong foundation in business intelligence tools, decision support systems, OLAP technology and multi-dimensional data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Advanced Microsoft Access
• Microsoft SQL Server2005 and above
• Development of SQL Server DTS Packages
• Exposure to workflow tools
• SAS e-Guide
• Knowledge of Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Module and Microsoft Dynamics
• Previous experience in a contractual reporting environment
• Financial management reporting
• Change management processes, Six Sigma
• Ability to create and present reports (both verbally and written)
• High level analytical, research and problem solving skills, including the ability to synthesise and summarise complex issues, identify contentious and emergent issues and develop potential recommendations for their resolution
• Highly development interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish positive working relationships with senior management and key internal and external stakeholders
• High-level written communication skills required to effectively write, edit and manage an internal communications function
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet competing deadlines
• Strong time management ability and evidence of delivering projects on time
• Demonstrated ability to partner and provide agenda leadership in a senior team environment to deliver integrated outcomes
• Ability to work independently
