We are looking for a proactive
MIS cum Sales Coordinator
to support our
sales operations, distributor coordination, order processing, and MIS reporting
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
FMCG sales back-office or commercial operations
and be comfortable handling high-volume orders and distributor coordination.
Key Responsibilities Distributor & Sales Team Coordination
Coordinate daily orders from distributors, super stockists, and modern trade
Support field sales team (ASM / SE / TSI) with order status, pricing, and scheme updates
Share order confirmations and dispatch details with distributors
Order Processing & Dispatch
Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices, and dispatch instructions
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Track vehicle movement, delivery status, shortages, and claims
Schemes, Pricing & Trade Offers
Maintain updated price lists, trade schemes, discounts, and slabs
Ensure correct scheme application in billing and avoid rate discrepancies
Coordinate approvals for special rates, credit notes, and claims
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports including:
Primary sales
Dispatch reports
Distributor-wise outstanding and aging
Support sales reviews, target tracking, and performance analysis
Accounts & Outstanding Follow-ups
Coordinate with accounts team for billing, credit limits, and collections
Share outstanding statements with distributors and follow up for payments
Support debit note and credit note reconciliation
Returns, Shortages & Claims
Coordinate expiry, damage, and shortage claims as per company policy
Maintain records of returns, replacements, and claim settlements
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all claims
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good understanding of FMCG distribution and sales cycle
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP preferred), MS Word, and Email
Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Marg, or other FMCG ERPs
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-moving orders accurately
Qualification & Experience
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales back office / commercial operations
Experience handling distributors, schemes, and high SKU volumes will be an advantage
