We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and coordinate our
field sales operations
from the office. This is a
non-target, office-based role
, focused on supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and update
state-wise sales data
on a daily basis
Collect orders from sales team and dealers, process PIs & bills, and forward to concerned sales staff/dealers
Track and share
outstanding bills
with team and dealers; ensure timely clearance of dues
Review
daily tour plans and work plans
Address queries of sales team members and dealers, providing effective solutions
Support in
new dealer development and onboarding
Update and report
payment details
to Management and Accounts team daily
Assist in preparing and planning
dealer schemes and offers
Conduct
monthly sales review meetings
with team to analyze collections & feedback
Manage
new member logins/logouts
, product catalog updates, and related processes
Coordinate directly with
dealers, distributors, and retailers
for smooth operations
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
sales coordination
in FMCG sector
Familiarity with sales processes, dealer management, and order processing
Proficiency in handling sales data, reporting, and follow-ups
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
