We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS cum Office Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position combines responsibilities in managing the
Management Information Systems (MIS)
and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with data management, reporting, and office administration, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and maintain data for management reporting and decision-making.
Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by senior management.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Maintain database systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Office Coordination Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Manage communication and correspondence, ensuring smooth information flow.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Support human resources with onboarding and office-related administration tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
