Job Description

The MIS & CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's CRM platform and associated Management Information Systems. This role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data to provide timely and accurate information for business decisions and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

CRM System Management: Administer and maintain CRM platforms (Zoho)ensuring optimal function and user experience.

Data Quality: Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness, implementing processes for data cleansing, validation, and security.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards on sales and customer activity

User Support: Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on CRM usage.

System Customizations & Integrations: Collaborate on CRM customizations, automation, and integration with other systems.

Strategic Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho).

Knowledge of database management and data analysis tools (SQL, MS Excel, Power BI).

Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
