Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
Generate performance, financial, and operational reports as required by management.
System Administration
Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS software and ERP systems.
Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues related to data and reporting systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for MIS tools.
Process Improvement
Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to improve data processes.
Develop and implement reporting templates and automation tools to streamline data handling.
Coordination & Support
Collaborate with departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations) to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Provide training and support to staff on MIS procedures and report usage.
Liaise with external vendors or consultants as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), MS Access, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Familiarity with database management (SQL) and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
