Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to support the Assistant Vice President (AVP). The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing administrative tasks, data coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong coordination skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Manage and maintain the AVPs calendar including meetings, appointments, travel, and follow-ups.

Coordination & Communication:

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare and manage reports, presentations, meeting notes, and communication documents. Track key tasks and deadlines.

Excel & Data Handling:

Maintain and analyze data using Excel. Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports as required.

PPT Presentations:

Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, external meetings, and training sessions.

Meeting Support:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.

Travel & Logistics:

Manage travel plans, accommodation, and itineraries for the AVP and associated team members.

Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day administrative duties, maintain confidential records, and support operational tasks as required by the AVP.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Strong PowerPoint (PPT) presentation skills

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

Strong written and verbal communication

Organizational and multitasking skills

High level of discretion and professionalism
