Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented MIS Officer to ensure accurate, timely, and systematic entry of operational data related to inward, outward, inventory, and platform reporting. The role will support smooth warehouse and e-commerce operations by managing stock records and data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Reporting:

Accurately enter daily inward, outward, and inventory transactions in Excel, ERP systems, and platform portals. Update stock movement, Goods Receipt Note (GRN), dispatch, and return data accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Stock Management:

Maintain SKU-wise and platform-wise stock records for various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, B2B, Shopify, and others. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms to reflect real-time inventory levels and stock movement.

3. Support Warehouse and E-Commerce Operations:

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory records align with physical stock counts. Assist in streamlining processes for inward and outward movements, ensuring smooth operations and minimal discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, preferably in warehouse or e-commerce environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with platform portals is a plus). Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and B2B systems. Previous experience working with inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
