We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS & Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of sales processes and customer coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of sales information, reporting, and customer support functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

MIS Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the management. Prepare dashboards, forecasting reports, and performance tracking. Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting accuracy. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms. Work on tools such as MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and CRM systems.

Back Office Sales Responsibilities:

Support the front-end sales team with order processing, quotation creation, and documentation. Handle client follow-ups, order status updates, and coordination. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents. Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure timely communication. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments for smooth sales operations.

Key Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Time management and multitasking capabilities.
