Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Entry

Collect daily data from departments (e.g., production output, machine downtime, inventory levels).

Enter data into spreadsheets, or MIS as per company format.

Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Report Generation

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, dispatches, purchase and sales.

Maintain historical records and ensure that reports are properly archived and accessible.

Departmental Coordination

Follow up with stores and purchase departments for stock updates and material receipts.

Support sales and logistics teams with customer order and dispatch tracking.

System Support

Assist in maintaining and updating MIS systems.

Support troubleshooting for basic data or access issues.

Documentation & Filing

Maintain proper documentation of reports, approvals, and system entries.

Ensure all MIS documentation is organized for audits and reviews. Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Basic understanding of MIS systems (Tally, or equivalent).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Accuracy of data entry.

Timeliness of report submissions.

Effective communication with other departments.

Support provided to the MIS Manager and operations team
