Job Title: MIS Assistant
Location: Aurangabad
Department: MIS
Reporting To: MIS Executive / Management
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data in MIS databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (production, sales, inventory, HR, etc.) using Excel, Zoho, or other MIS tools.
Assist in automating reports and dashboards for different departments.
Support various departments in data extraction, validation, and formatting for audits or reviews.
Maintain and update master data sheets including employee records, vendor details, and product codes.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for smooth software and system operations.
Backup and organize MIS documents on shared drives/cloud platforms.
Generate alerts and reminders for task deadlines or maintenance schedules.
Provide basic technical support for MIS-related tools and dashboards.
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all the times.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Computer Applications (B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / Any relevant field).
1-2 years of experience in MIS or data entry roles. Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
Familiarity with Zoho tools (Zoho Sheet, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics) is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of database concepts and management.
