Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Inventory Executive who has hands-on experience in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory reports, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth e-commerce workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces/platforms. Maintain and update product listings, prices, and stock availability. Work on ERP software to track inventory movement, purchase orders, GRNs, and dispatches. Prepare and analyze inventory reports, shortage reports, and stock ageing reports. Use

Advanced Excel

(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, formulas, dashboards). Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues ("sniffs" errors or mismatches). Ensure timely replenishments and track fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs. Assist in planning stock audits and reconciling physical vs system stock.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in

e-commerce operations

and

inventory management

. Strong knowledge of

ERP systems

Expertise in

Advanced Excel

and MIS reporting. Ability to handle large data sets and generate accurate reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities.
