Resolve order-related issues or discrepancies, including pricing, quantity, and delivery dates.
Generate and distribute order confirmations, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all orders, including sales data and customer communications.
Provide support to sales and customer service teams as needed.
