Position:

MIS and Database Executive (Road Work Projects)

Location:

Vadiwadi , Vadodara

Experience:

2 To 4 years (road-project MIS experience is highly preferred)

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Engineering/Data preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for daily progress, resource utilization, equipment tracking, labour deployment, and material consumption. Manage chainage-wise databases, strip charts, DPR formats, BOQ tracking, and productivity analytics. Prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports for management review. Extract, validate, and analyse site data to identify deviations and cost overruns. Work closely with billing, planning, and engineering teams for real-time project tracking.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI, and data automation.

Understanding of road construction process, BOQ items, and DPR reporting. Ability to maintain accurate and audit-ready databases.
