Job Summary We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports for our Sales and Distribution team. Key Responsibilities Activation Report: Prepare daily reports tracking activations and performance. FOS-Wise Target vs Billing Report: Generate daily evening reports comparing targets vs actuals (post-billing). Secondary Sales Report: Maintain and analyze data for secondary sales performance. 20 Days+ Stock Report: Track and report SKUs not billed or moved in the last 20+ days. Zero Model Stock (WOD) Report: Create WOD stock reports when required (coordinate with ASM). Difference Sheet Report: Analyze gaps in stock, sales, and billing data and maintain difference logs. Sales Reports: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Market Level Gap Report: Identify low-performing markets and sales gaps. Model-Wise Report: On-demand reporting for slow-moving or non-moving models. In-Time Report: Monitor and report timely data submissions by field teams. Limit Sheet Report: Maintain and share credit/target limit reports as needed. Visit Report (IAIR): Compile field visit reports and share insights. Primary Target Report: Track primary sales vs targets and highlight achievement status. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or similar roles. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.) Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?27,633.75 per month
