OF JD MANAGER JOB PURPOSE Being a part of Consumer Business Operation Team MIS and Analytics Executive to ensure that all respective KPIs Daily/Weekly/Monthly report to close timely and Coordination with field team to take update and implement the same in report, which can help to take decision timely. RELATIONSHIPS Internal:*

• State Operations team for project deployment/Connectivity
• Site Technical escalation
• Project/Network Connectivity Monitoring

KEY As the Sate Operation Manager, you will be involved to ensure that sate operations are smoothly and ensure
ACCOUNTA that all KPIs are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
BILITIES/
RESPONSIB *Assist to ensure that MIS can provide quick analysis (dashboard capability) of trends and
ILITIES comparisons against defined indicators at various levels*

• Assist in developing an effective, efficient, expandable and interoperable MIS that integrates and is compatible with existing systems
• Assist in training key staff members of the skills partnership and partners on the developed system
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Assist in performing defined tasks as per instructions/processes
• Assist in preparing and managing multiple reports, working with excel formula & various other excel.
• Assist in creating appropriate and updated formats from time to time
• Assist in preparing standard correspondence in conformity with programme standards, reports in

MS Excel and power point presentations etc. as required

• Assist in contributing to other ongoing activities and projects as suggested by supervisors
• Participate in regular Consumer Business team meetings/workshops as suggested by supervisors; and
• Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or master\'s degree

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience of Operation Lead
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as MIS and Analytics.
