We are looking for an

MIS Analyst

to join our team and take charge of

tracking marketing spends, sales funnels, and ROI reporting

to ensure accountability and maximum efficiency across campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily

Track

Meta & Google Ads performance

(ad spend vs budget, CTR, CPC, CPL). Export daily lead status from

Sell.Do CRM

and categorize leads (hot/warm/cold). Generate

Daily Campaign Report & Follow-up Report

to ensure no lead is missed.
Weekly

Prepare

Sales + Marketing Integration Dashboard

: Leads generated (Meta, Google, Organic, Portals, Referrals) Qualified Leads & CPQL (Cost per Qualified Lead) Site Visits scheduled & completed Deals closed Revenue vs Spend with ROI% by channel Highlight top-performing campaigns & suggest corrective actions for underperformers.
Monthly

Create

Board-Level Dashboards

(Google Data Studio / Looker Studio): Spend vs ROI (Meta vs Google) CPL & CPQL trends Lead Source performance Salesperson leaderboard Recommendations for scaling or optimizing.
KPIs You'll Track

Digital Marketing KPIs:

CTR, CPC, CPL, CPQL, Impressions, Clicks

Sales Funnel KPIs:

Leads per stage (New ? Site Visit ? Closure), Site Visit Conversion %, Closure %

Revenue KPIs:

Avg deal value, Revenue vs Spend, ROI per channel

Sales Performance:

Lead handling, follow-ups, closures per salesperson
Automation & Tools

Use Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for automated dashboards. Integrate Meta & Google Ads APIs with Sell.Do CRM (direct or via Zapier). Set alerts for high CPLs or pending follow-ups.
Requirements

Graduate in

Statistics / Commerce / Marketing Analytics / Business Management

.

2+ years of MIS / Data Analysis experience

, preferably in real estate, BFSI, or digital marketing. Strong skills in

Excel, Google Sheets, SQL (preferred)

. Familiarity with

Sell.Do CRM

and

Google Data Studio / Looker Studio

is an added advantage. Ability to generate actionable insights from raw data. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
