About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional who can take ownership of MIS reporting, accounting structuring, and financial analysis. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate MIS dashboards, project/company-level P&L, cost allocations, and financial controls to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



MIS & Reporting



Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost structures. Develop dashboards and analysis for management review (Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets). Track and highlight variance against budgets and forecasts.

Accounting & Structuring



Prepare and maintain structured P&L statements. Build and implement cost allocation models (e.g., fixed % or revenue contribution-based). Ensure accurate accounting records for income, expenses, receivables, and payables. Support in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audit requirements).

Financial Controls & Analysis



Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring. Maintain reconciliation reports (vendors, employees, inter-company accounts). Analyze financial data to provide insights for profitability improvement and cost optimization.

System & Data Integration



Work with tech/operations teams to feed accurate data into accounting/ERP/CRM systems. Support automation of MIS wherever possible (Excel macros, BI tools). Provide data inputs for management strategy, investor presentations, and audits.

Key Requirements



Education: - CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com (with strong MIS + accounting background).

Experience: - 3-7 years in MIS, accounting structuring, financial analysis, or management reporting.

Technical Skills:



Strong in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems / Zoho / SAP. Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.

Domain Skills:



Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Familiarity with cost allocation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Basic knowledge of taxation & compliance (GST, TDS).

Traits:



Analytical and structured thinker. Attention to detail with error-spotting ability. Ability to present data in a clear, management-friendly format.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
