Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Collection Officer

with at least

1 year of experience

in loan collection and recovery. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayment of dues.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for

collection of EMI/overdue payments

from customers. Conduct

field visits

and interact with customers to resolve repayment issues. Ensure

timely collection

and deposit of daily payments. Maintain good customer relationships while ensuring adherence to collection policies. Handle

soft and hard bucket cases

as per company guidelines. Submit

daily collection reports

to the Branch/Collection Manager. Coordinate with the

credit and sales teams

for customer updates. Maintain

collection MIS reports

and ensure accurate documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of loan and collection processes. Willingness to work in the field and meet targets. Local language fluency (Telugu) is a must. * Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
