Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Supervise daily extraction, coordinate crew activities, and ensure alignment with mining plans.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all safety policies, conduct inspections, provide training, and ensure adherence to environmental and legal regulations.

Production & Efficiency:

Monitor output, adjust schedules, resolve operational problems, and implement strategies to meet targets and control costs.

Team Leadership:

Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, offer feedback, and develop the skills of mining personnel.

Coordination & Reporting:

Liaise with engineers, geologists, and management, preparing accurate reports on production and safety.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of mining techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Experience in a supervisory role, often with relevant mining certifications. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. Should be Graduate.

Pay: ₹8,728.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
