Mining Manager Responsibilities & Duties

Plan, organize, and coordinate mining operations Develop and implement mining plans and schedules Manage mine safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations Oversee the maintenance and operation of mining equipment Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory compliance Recruit, train, and manage mining staff Prepare budgets and manage financial resources Ensure efficient extraction and processing of minerals Implement sustainable and environmentally-friendly mining practices Coordinate with other departments, including engineering and environmental management Oversee the health and safety of all personnel on site

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?95,000.00 per month
