Job Description

Mines Manager - Graphite Project (Alirajpur/Jamli, MP)

Location:

Alirajpur/Jamli, Madhya Pradesh

Compensation:

Negotiable (based on experience & certification)

Project Stage:

Greenfield mine development with beneficiation & expansion

Must-Have Qualifications

DGMS

First Class/Second Class Manager's Certificate (Metalliferous, Opencast)

5-12 years of experience

in industrial minerals/mining Strong knowledge of

statutory compliance

(DGMS/IBM/DMG) Exposure to

beneficiation processes

(screening, flotation) and

FC % improvement

Proven expertise in

mine planning, operational control, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

Lead

opencast mine development

(drilling, blasting, excavation) Integrate

mining & beneficiation operations

to optimize FC % and product quality Ensure

statutory reporting & HSE compliance

Work closely with

geology, survey, and processing teams

for smooth operations Develop

phased mine plans

for capacity expansion and ROI improvement Manage

stakeholder relationships

with contractors, community, and regulators
