O verview of job Mindshare NEO is an agency of GroupM, theworld\'s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently hiring for Director - Performance to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a performance strategy for the client and create success stories. You will be responsible for building a team comprising functions across trading, alliances and Ad operations. Manage a team of biddable media experts working on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. You will be responsible for growing the billing for the client by providing holistic solutions in the performance space. Reporting of the role This role reports to the Sr.Director - Performance In this role, your goals will be: In 3 months: Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof Exposure to cutting edge technologies on performance Global practices on performance marketing and biddable media In 6 months: Learnt about effectively pitching 360 performance products to client Ability to work with a diverse team of media buyers and planners across 360 degree media and beyond Get proficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolio publishers and channel partners In 12 months: Emerged as a coveted champion and go-to person on performance marketing solutions Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts Successfully mastered the art of winning pitches and awards What your day job looks like at Mindshare Neo: Responsible for driving top line growth for performance and biddable media spends Develop a SEM (search engine marketing) and Paid Social strategy for the client. Working on Bid management tools like Marin, DART, DFA, Google analytics code/goal, Omniture and keywords research to showcase market trends, Understand client objectives, category/competitive trends for various product categories Develop and strike partnership deals with key publishers and large affiliates Ability to steer client review meetings on regular basis Understand client objectives, category/competitive trends for various product categories Ability to manage large teams on SEM for effective optimization of the campaigns. Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website and tracking and associated technologies Intermediate to advanced analytical skills, specifically relating to performance data and metrics Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, trends, technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP etc.) and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI et al) What you\'ll bring: Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving skills Abreast with the latest technology that will affect digital advertising Worked closely with publisher partners to elevate industry standards in-line with client needs.
