Role: Head - Content & Creative Services Overview of job Mindshare Fulcrum is an agency of GroupM, t he world\'s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Head - Content+ & Creative to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Branded Content, Influencer Marketing, Social AOR & Communications Planning for the largest advertiser in the industry. Reporting of the role: This role reports to: Head - Mindshare Fulcrum, South Asia What your day job looks like: . Branded Content strategy & Solutions - Leading a team to create & build Content narratives across brands that includes IP creation, brand alliances & sponsorships, B2B solutions, influencer and social media, tech led innovation and solutions. . Strategic inputs on the overall content approach for brands and create disruptive creative solutions backed by strong consumer insights. . Managing multiple verticals & teams across Comms strategy, Content partnerships, IM, Social listening, Activations, B2B etc. . Client & internal stakeholder relationship . Create & maintain a strong content partner ecosystem to deliver path-breaking solutions . Influencer & digital marketing - Tap on opportunities with existing / new set of clients and pitch solutions that solve for business & brand challenges. . Drive fame & fortune for both clients & agency alike. What you will need: . Experience in communications strategy, branded content, sponsorships, social media, and influencer marketing. . Experience in managing the business of content/creative (Revenue, P&L) with a rich body of award winning work to back it up with. . Prior knowledge in influencer marketing is a must have. Shaping influencer marketing campaigns for brands and co-ordination with partners and influencers would be the key tasks. . Domain expertise of all social media platforms from content creation to planning to page management. . Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing . Communication Development: Working closely with creative partner to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights. . Prior experience in top advertising, media or Content firms handling brand communications, branded content for clients across categories. . Exposure to Content creation & production process a must. . Experience in dealing with external partner ecosystem & internal verticals a must. . Responsible for driving Innovation, Engagement across all social media platforms. . Monitor performance of each platform identify and implement opportunities for improvement. . Experience with new age tech platforms (AI, voice, web3, etc) is a huge plus. . Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages. . SPOC for managing relationship with Social/Content Marketing agencies. . Experience with large scaled digital content production for programmatic, DCO, eCommerce creatives is a huge plus. . The person should have had experience with working with a team of 10+ subordinates. Minimum qualifications: . 15+ years of experience in brand solutions, branded content, content production, influencer marketing .
