We are looking for Director- The Exchange to manage our multiple client Businesses. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and manage multiple brands. You will also be responsible for handling day to day operations. and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.This role reports to the - Senior Director - The Exchange3 best things about the job:1. Lead & mentor a team of experts to deliver high quality product for client portfolio3. Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on fastest growing and diversified categoryIn this role, your goals will be:In three months:\xc2\xb7 Understand the category and brand objectives for the year\xc2\xb7 Understand and take initiative towards agencies goal for the year.In six months:\xc2\xb7 Successfully lead the account and engage with the client on brand\'s media approach\xc2\xb7 Initiated & delivered at least 2 key projects\xc2\xb7 Understands the In-house products/software\'s very well to demonstrate the same during client conversationsIn 12 months:\xc2\xb7 Worked on Award entries\xc2\xb7 Built high credibility with the team & clientWhat your day job looks like at Mindshare:\xc2\xb7 Provide strategic communications & planning leadership on your set of brands\xc2\xb7 Help build effective media interventions on the back of strong Communication planning\xc2\xb7 Act as a senior level contact for the client and have a strong understanding of cross channel media strategy.
