Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual milling machines to perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, slotting, tapping, and shaping. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials. Ensure correct dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges. Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe. Work in coordination with the production and quality team to meet daily targets. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Min 2 years of experience as a manual milling operator Strong knowledge of machine shop practices and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
