Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate digital/CNC milling machines according to production requirements.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Program machines using CNC programming languages or onboard controls.
Select and set appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure tools are in proper working condition.
Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of components.
