Milling Machine Operators

Positions - 2

Location - Hosur

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Duties and responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams to understand the milling process

Operate milling machines to mill, drill, bore, grind, and shape work pieces according to specifications

Monitor and adjust machine settings for temperature, cycle speed, and precision

Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

Perform regular maintenance checks and routine cleaning to keep machines in optimal working condition

Replace worn tools and machine parts as necessary

Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and protect equipment

Record data for each job, including materials used, machine settings, and product output

Communicate with team members and supervisors about machine performance and maintenance needs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator

Knowledge of milling machine operation and maintenance

Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

Proficient in using precision tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers)

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items

Attention to detail

ITI/Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
