Milling Machine Operator

Understand the engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly and welding operations

Take accurate measurements and make calculations to complete the job
Lay out and position parts and assemblies according to the specifications

Experience in handling Milling Machine Set up and operate milling machines to perform machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Select and install appropriate milling tools for each job. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are finished to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on milling machines. Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality control. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols. Keep accurate records of machine operations and production data.

ITI Welder/10th pass/Fail

Experience:
? Sheet metal: 3 years experience in Milling Machines

Experience in working in SPM/Mechanical Industry.

Experience :-2-5 years experience as Manager in Manufacturing
