Job Description

- Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce components for pharmaceutical equipment.

- Reading Drawings, selecting appropriate tools, monitoring machine operations, and ensuring quality control, all while adhering to strict safety protocols.

- Setting up milling machines according to specifications, including selecting and installing the correct tools and fixtures.

- Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to understand the machining requirements.

- Monitoring machine operations, adjusting machine settings (speed, feed, etc.) as needed, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during operation.

- Select and install appropriate milling tools for each job.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are finished to specifications.
