Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Milling / M1TR Operator

to operate conventional milling machines for manufacturing precision components, tools, jigs, and fixtures. The candidate should be able to read drawings, set up jobs, and maintain machining accuracy as per quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate

conventional Milling / M1TR machines

independently Read and understand

engineering drawings & tolerances

Perform

job setting, alignment, and tool selection

Ensure machining accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional quality Use measuring instruments such as

Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, dial gauge

Maintain machine condition, cleanliness, and basic preventive maintenance Follow

production plans, safety rules, and shop-floor discipline

Coordinate with supervisor/tool room for job clarification Reduce material rejection and improve productivity Maintain proper documentation where required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter / Machinist) or equivalent preferred Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Basic knowledge of

machining processes & cutting tools

Understanding of

GD&T basics

(preferred) Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to learn new jobs and techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?9,896.24 - ?18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
