1-4 years in roll forming / sheet metal line

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical) or relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the

Cold Roll Forming Machine

for producing metal profiles, channels, sections, and components. Set up the machine Check raw materials such as

steel coils, strip size, and thickness

before production. Ensure smooth material feeding into the roll forming line. Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain quality output. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of the roll forming line. Ensure safe handling of coils, slitting strips, and formed profiles. Maintain shift production reports and daily checklist.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
