We are looking for skilled and responsible

Mill Operators

to join our manufacturing team at Tanjavur Paddy and Rice Miller's Consortium Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and operating milling machines, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor rice milling, cleaning, and grading machinery. Maintain daily production logs and report to the Operations Supervisor. Ensure proper drying and moisture control of paddy. Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the work area. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / +2 qualification preferred. 1-2 years of experience in paddy or rice mill operations. Basic understanding of milling process and machine handling. Ability to work in shift-based operations. Physically fit and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
