Why does the position Exist:
The Learning and Development position is responsible for creating and facilitating learning culture in the organization. The position formulates partnerships across various functions within the organization and outside the organization for ensuring world class learning programs to the employees. They add value to the individuals by making them better professionals and add value to organization by ensuring better workforce technically and behaviorally. Position would champion creating leaders of tomorrow.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Training needs identification and analysis through performance management, individual development plan, discussion with function heads etc.
- Ensure training need fulfilment - classroom training, online training, coaching, mentoring, counselling, etc.
- Talent Management - performance management, critical talent, succession planning
- Coordination and Facilitation of Technical, Process, and Behavioural Training.
- Making and publishing monthly training calendars.
- Coordinating with internal and external trainers for the programs.
- Maintain training attendance, rosters, records, and facilitator/attendee training materials.
- Evaluation of training program and trainer. Follow up for the pre-test, post-training evaluation and ensure proper documentation of the same.
- Collecting the training expenses & invoices and closure of the payment from the finance team.
- Maintaining and managing budgets for the learning function.
- Monthly MIS - Generate, interpret, analyse, and communicate training\' results using training beneficiary tracking forms and other management tools, graphs, and reports as required
- Design and Drive various Initiatives for making Milestone and Great Place to Work
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA in HR 4-10 years L&D role in IT Product / services companies only
- Excellent communication with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of conflict management and change management.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment, along with high business judgment and prioritization.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently and deliver results.
