MIG Welder
Location : Hyderabad
Key responsibilities
? Perform welding: Join metal parts and surfaces using Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) techniques,
ensuring proper settings and gas mixtures are used.
? Interpret technical documents: Read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and work
orders to plan welding and assembly operations.
? Prepare materials: Clean, cut, and prepare metal surfaces for welding.
? Set up and maintain equipment: Set up welding machines with appropriate settings and perform
routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
? Inspect work: Examine completed welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications,
making repairs as needed.
? Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
? Collaborate with teams: Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
? Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements

? Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
? Familiarity with a variety of welding equipment and hand/power tools.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Physical strength and dexterity for the role.
