Essential Qualification:

ITI

Experience:

4 - 6 Years in MIG Welding.

SKILLS

MIG (GMAW) welding proficiency

- Skilled in using gas metal welding equipment for different types of metals (e.g., Metal, Steel, Aluminium).

Blueprint and schematic reading

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.

Welding equipment setup and maintenance

- Knowledge of how to calibrate and maintain welding machines, wire feeders, gas tanks, and safety equipment.

Metal preparation and finishing

- Skills in grinding, cutting, beveling, and cleaning metal surfaces before and after welding.

Measurement tools usage

- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, squares, and measuring tapes to ensure precision.

Weld inspection and quality control

- Ability to visually and mechanically inspect welds for defects like porosity, undercutting, and cracking.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment and tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using MIG welding techniques.

Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using measuring tools and visual inspection.

Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as required.

Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry standards.

Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions or needs for repair.

Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to meet production goals.

Keep work areas clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
