We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Project Engineer
to oversee technical projects from concept to completion. The Project Engineer will coordinate across teams, ensure quality standards, manage budgets, and deliver on project timelines while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Expertise
:
Provide technical support during the design, execution, and commissioning stages.
Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Budget & Resource Management
:
Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Ensure optimal resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Monitoring & Reporting
:
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Prepare regular status reports and present updates to stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety
:
Ensure projects meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Promote a culture of safety within project teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Problem Solving
:
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals.
Review and interpret technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
Provide technical support to on-site teams, ensuring the design intent is met.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor the progress of projects, track performance metrics, and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
Track expenditures and ensure projects remain within approved financial limits.
Identify and address cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Implement safety measures and conduct regular audits to ensure a safe working environment.
Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Conduct meetings to align expectations and address concerns.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Monitor and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including technical documents, change orders, and reports.
Prepare project close-out reports, lessons learned, and handover documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).
Strong understanding of CAD software, technical drawings, and design review processes.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and financial analysis for projects.
Project execution with strong labor management Site Visits Reports for work executed on daily basis Coordination with customers and vendors Invoice Making & Payment follow-ups
