Key Responsibilities1. Packaging Design- Design and revamp product packaging aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.- Work closely with product, marketing, and procurement teams to develop innovative packaging concepts.- Ensure print-ready files, dielines, and final artwork accuracy.2. E-Commerce Creatives- Create high-conversion product listing images, A+ content, banners, comparison charts, and infographics for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website.- Optimize designs based on performance insights.3. Social Media Graphics- Lead visual direction for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels.- Develop campaign assets, ads, reels covers, story templates, and brand-specific content.4. Website & Landing Page Design- Design website graphics, homepage visuals, UI elements, and high-performing landing pages.- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.5. Brand Identity & Creative Strategy- Strengthen and maintain a cohesive brand visual language.- Generate out-of-the-box creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.- Mentor junior designers and ensure quality control across all design outputs.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- 5-8 years of professional experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce industries.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva (optional).- Strong experience in packaging design, e-commerce creatives, social media creatives, web & UI design.- Understanding of print processes, color theory, typography, layouts, and composition.- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver in fast-paced environments.- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
