As a

Mid/Senior Video Editor,

you will be responsible for

conceptualizing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content

across multiple formats and channels. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to produce corporate films, product demos, training videos, internal communications, and website visuals, ensuring each piece aligns with the EvoluteIQ brand voice and visual language.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Video Editing

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Experience in motion graphics and animation. Understanding of color grading, sound editing, and video optimization for web and mobile ##

Design & Creative

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for video overlays and web-based video interactions. ##

Web & Platform Awareness (Preferred, not mandatory)

Basic knowledge of WordPress for embedding, updating, or managing video content Awareness of video compression formats, CDN usage, and platform integrations (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo) Edit and deliver engaging corporate films, product demo videos, event recaps, training modules, and internal videos. Work with raw footage and turn it into polished content with graphics, sound, colour grading, and motion transitions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video requirements and translate briefs into impactful content. Enhance website experience using interactive video and visual elements when needed. Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while ensuring consistency and quality. Contribute creatively to storyboarding, scripting, and visual development. Maintain and organize video assets, project files, and backups systematically. #

What will you bring to the team?

3-5 years of proven experience in video editing and production A strong visual sense with attention to detail, timing, and storytelling Ability to understand brand language and adapt visuals to suit different tones (corporate, product, training, etc.) Strong communication and collaboration skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for visual storytelling Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly #

Preferred:

Experience creating video content for tech/SaaS/B2B brands Basic knowledge of 3D animation tools Familiarity with voice-over coordination, subtitles, and accessibility standards Experience working with agile or cross-functional teams
